NKG INTEGRITY CHAMPION
NKG Integrity Champion – THUMBS UP FOR RELIABLE COLLEAGUES
I am honored to be recognized as an Integrity Champion. For me, integrity means consistently doing what is right, even when it’s challenging. I hold myself and my colleagues to high ethical standards, promoting transparency, honesty, and fairness in every action – similar to the precision and care required in every stage of coffee processing.
With a keen eye and a caring approach, I strive to cultivate a culture of accountability, responsibility, and mutual respect. This commitment contributes to creating a positive, ethical, and resilient work environment where safety, quality, and integrity are at the core of everything we do- ensuring that our coffee is produced and handled with the utmost care and professionalism.”

Interview with Deborah Righeschi, Project Manager of Bero Italia’s Cultural Initiative.

Neumann Gruppe in Hamburg consists of departments with a diverse variety of functions and competencies, which both serve the general strategic orientation of NKG and provide specific support for the group companies. In our INSIDE NKG MAG we want to look at what competencies exist in the holding company, for whom these could be helpful and interesting, who is responsible for what, and a lot more. In this issue we would like to introduce the Treasury Department of Neumann Gruppe.

The newly established NKG Coffee Council aims to support NKG at a strategic level as an independent Think Tank. Its five members bring diverse perspectives and professional backgrounds from different industries – all united by a curious and open-minded interest in what drives and shapes NKG. In this special edition of our “Five by Three Questions”, we would like to introduce you to the people behind the Council. What motivates them, what guides their thinking – and how do they hope to contribute to NKG’s future?
