How we navigate external influences

Inside NKG MAG Issue #42

WELCOME Everyone!

We are excited to share the latest issue of our INSIDE NKG MAG, and this time, we are diving deep into a topic that touches all of us: navigating the complexities of today’s (coffee) world.

In this issue, we explore how external influences shape our work lives and highlight the solutions we are putting into practice. Most importantly, we focus on how these challenges are helping us build resilience as a group – laying the foundation for a strong and successful future together.

Curious about what we mean by resilience and how we are fostering it? Discover more in our editorial article!

We wish you a fantastic end to the year, a joyful festive season, and a wonderful start to the new year!

Warm regards,
Your NG Communications Team and David M. Neumann

Gaining Resilience:
How we navigate external influences

Congratulations to Pablo, our new NKG Integrity Champion! Pablo is an indispensable member of the InterAmerican Coffee team in San Diego, known for his unwavering support for colleagues and his dedication to nurturing a community of small and medium roasters aligned with NKG’s vision for a better coffee future.

The value of coffee: a journey to its origins in Brazil

In a world where coffee is an everyday occurrence for many, there is much more to it for us at InterAmerican Coffee. As an importer and trader of green coffee, a journey to the origins is therefore part of our mission. What we and our roasters were able to experience and take away not only opened our eyes to the roaster’s perspective, but also showed us the true value behind the coffee.

In this issue we would like to introduce the Treasury Department of Neumann Gruppe.
