mais fortes e inovadoras. Em um mundo em que muitas empresas e pa\u00edses est\u00e3o sofrendo retrocessos na equidade de g\u00eanero, \u00e9 mais importante do que nunca defendermos nossos valores e promovermos a diversidade, a igualdade de oportunidades e a inclus\u00e3o. Na NKG, identificamos tr\u00eas \u00e1reas principais para nos forcarmos nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, a fim de fortalecer nosso compromisso com o avan\u00e7o da equidade entre os sexos: <a href=\"https:\/\/nkg2017.sharepoint.com\/SitePages\/International-Women's-Day-2025-%E2%80%93-Accelerate-Action--Why-Gender-Equity-(in-Coffee)-matters.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reduzir a diferen\u00e7a salarial entre os sexos, promover a igualdade no recrutamento e empoderar as mulheres em cargos comerciais e de neg\u00f3cios<em> (mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis nesta postagem do HUB)<\/em>.<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>Analisando as estruturas salariais, removendo barreiras nos processos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e apoiando mulheres em cargos de lideran\u00e7a, pretendemos criar um local de trabalho e um setor mais inclusivos. Esses esfor\u00e7os n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas uma quest\u00e3o de igualdade de condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u2013 eles refletem nossa cren\u00e7a de que a diversidade e a equidade impulsionam a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o sucesso, fortalecendo-nos como grupo e tamb\u00e9m o setor cafeeiro global como um todo.<\/h4>\nAnalisando mais de perto o setor cafeeiro, ainda h\u00e1 uma clara necessidade de melhorias. Embora as mulheres realizem cerca de 70% do trabalho de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, elas gerenciam apenas 20 a 30% das fazendas &#8211; um desequil\u00edbrio que destaca barreiras estruturais profundamente arraigadas. Essas barreiras incluem acesso limitado \u00e0 propriedade de terra, ao cr\u00e9dito e a pap\u00e9is que envolvem a tomada de decis\u00e3o, apesar de seu papel fundamental na cadeia de suprimentos. Tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios motivos pelos quais \u00e9 importante capacitar as mulheres no caf\u00e9: isso fortalece a sustentabilidade e a resili\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica, pois as comunidades se beneficiam quando as mulheres t\u00eam maior impacto. Interven\u00e7\u00f5es eficazes v\u00e3o al\u00e9m dos programas de melhoria da produtividade para lidar com a pobreza de tempo e permitir que as mulheres participem plenamente das decis\u00f5es que afetam suas fazendas e comunidades.
