Pese a que ahora el equipo ha crecido a tres integrantes, sigue siendo sorprendente debido a la amplitud de sus responsabilidades y la relevancia de su trabajo. Echemos un vistazo m\u00e1s de cerca al equipo de RCU en Neumann Gruppe. Heidi \u00dchleke, l\u00edder del equipo, cuenta con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la industria cafetera. La iniciativa de este a\u00f1o, \u201cDar una voz a la diversidad,\u201d invit\u00f3 a las mujeres de todo NKG a presentar su candidatura para representar a nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda en la Conferencia Women in Tea &#038; Coffee, celebrada en Londres.
