Aqu\u00ed he brindado asesor\u00eda fiscal a diversos sectores y he adquirido gran experiencia en corporaciones internacionales, tanto peque\u00f1as como grandes. Hasta hace poco ocup\u00e9 el puesto de Head of Tax en una compa\u00f1\u00eda internacional de gas. Pese a que NKG se siente como una empresa familiar de tama\u00f1o medio, el grupo tiene que enfrentarse  a numerosas exigencias de las autoridades fiscales en m\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses. Cuando me un\u00ed a NKG, solo una persona trabajaba en el departamento fiscal. Estoy encantado de que hayamos podido desarrollar el equipo y haber crecido de un solo empleado a un equipo de seis en Group Tax. Hemos creado e establecido procesos de cumplimiento fiscal, hemos implementado exitosamente una nueva herramienta de informaci\u00f3n fiscal (GTC) a nivel de grupo y en 2024 pudimos establecer por primera vez la facturaci\u00f3n de servicios de holding dentro del grupo. Tras culminar la pasant\u00eda, estudi\u00e9 derecho fiscal mientras trabajaba a tiempo completo. Durante este tiempo, me involucr\u00e9 cada vez m\u00e1s con la tributaci\u00f3n corporativa. Llevo m\u00e1s de cuatro a\u00f1os en NKG, fui contratada a trav\u00e9s de una agencia cazatalentos. Los precios de transferencia son los precios pagados por los bienes y servicios adquiridos entre empresas afiliadas dentro de un mismo grupo. Estos deben estar estructurados de la misma manera que en el caso de empresas terceras no vinculadas. Mi trabajo consiste en documentar los precios de transferencia y asesorar a empresas extranjeras c\u00f3mo deben estructurarlos.
